Rtt Delivery disappointment

Not at all impressed with the service delivery of Rtt, I have been waiting for my parcel for over 2 weeks now, I dont even get an email or get called to advise when I'll be receiving my order. This affects their working partner which is Hi fi corp. Worse when I call their land line, their number and email never works.
