RTT couriers failure to deliver

I've been waiting for 11 days for my parcel to arrive from RTT, I've called numerous times and they told me my parcel is on the way, they even sent me an sms that I should not change my location because I have a delivery on the way, their drivers apparently could not complete their routes and my parcel went back into the system. I tracked my parcel and it's still has no movement. The contents of my parcel are cosmetic and the quality is compromised by it sitting in a warehouse for over 11 days. My question is does it take almost 2 weeks to deliver a parcel? The service is bad and they have no capacity or scalable solutions to deliver to customers. I even called the switchboard to escalate to the truworths division and the lady Ccd the manager but to date no one has contacted me or escalated my parcel.

I'm truly dissapointed and this misrepresents truworths and what they stand for.
