Please do not use RTT Durban

Please do not use RTT DURBAN. Or do not order from a company that uses RTT Durban as their courier. They do not answer landlines.(at all) my parcel has been sitting for days at their warehouse with no calls or emails regarding delivery.

I have to keep calling RTT Jhb to speak to someone but the unable to assist you.

Very disappointing to pay high shipping costs and sit with an issue like this which could be easily resolved if RTT took the time to deal with issues like this on hand. And actually answer their phones
