Pathetic and disgusting service

Been waiting for my parcel for the last 3 months. Called them several times. They told me that it would definitely arrive last week Friday. Nothing arrived. I called another office and they told me the item cannot be found since 26 March. Then the lady I spoke to has been unreachable for the last week.
