Not Reliable and Poor services

<p>I don't understand how you fo business, I have been waiting for my MTN parcel since Monday 30 May 2016 , nobody called me but you have guts to update lies in your online tracking site that I was not available wile I was waiting for you guys , I even called the call centre to arrange but nobody called me or anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>I wonder what intelligence does your company associated with if you fail yo deliver its about MTN drop you because you fail to do your job.</p>
