Non-Existant customer care!

I have been promised by this company that my parcel would be delivered by 14:00 today. Thery ****! Now, I cant even speak to them over the phone - I call, get placed on hold for "customer care" and thats where it ends.....holding on indefinately!

Useless company! Non-existant customer care or service!
