Non-Delivery before or after promised time. Terrible service.

I ordered a device online. Received a message that the order will be delivered before 18h00 on 14 May 2020 - This address is a business so saying I was not available will he an utter lie, I actually asked them to keep the office open a bit later to accommodate the delivery thay might only happen at 6. So now it is 19h20, no message or appologies for the non-delivery or any communication and the website does not provide more details other than it has been scanned for a trip. CRS***8
