No Response

On the 05/08/22, I sent an e- mail to RTT's customer service complaining about 1 of their drivers that drove wrecklessly. I requested that the e - mail is forwarded to the relevant manager, in charge of the drivers. By 10/08/22 and 18/08/22, I received no response from them.
