Never using RTT again
I called the in this morning (09:00)to find out if my parcel is out on delivery because the tracking link that was sent didn't work. I was reassured that my will be delivered today. When I called in again at 17:00 I was told that the parcel was loaded into the wrong car. Now I must stay at home again so that I can receive my parcel tomorrow. Spent over an hour on a call. The call center is a mess. You are caller #1 then they send you back to the selection voice. And when I start speaking vernac I'm a laughing stock. Rtt won't pay me back for the airtime I used or attend the meetings I move in order for me to accept my delivery.
