One of your *********** drivers had called me around 11:05 am today (06/01/2021) to notify me that he has my parcel, he then said that he is not fami**** with the area that I stay in, therefore can I come and collect my parcel at the Letlhabile Mall and I told him that it won't be possible as he is supposed to delivered the item at the designated area that's stipulated on the parcel - The driver called me from these numbers: ***. He has not yet delivered my parcel, even though he was supposed to have delivered it by now.

You are offering a courier service, yet your employees are unable to do their work and they are inconveniencing customers such as myself that bought valuable items at TFG. TFG should discontinue their contract with RTT Solutions as they are unable to do what they signed up for.
