Immediate Action Required – Order #O*** Not Updated

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress on my order #O***, which I placed last week Thursday. To date, the tracking on RTT’s website shows absolutely nothing, and this level of service is unacceptable.

It is very concerning that a business of your size relies on a courier service that cannot provide basic updates or reliable delivery timelines. This incompetence directly impacts customers and creates a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I demand an immediate update on the status of my parcel, including a confirmed dispatch and delivery date. Continued silence or delays are not acceptable, and I expect this matter to be resolved without further excuses.
