I phoned RTT and was put through to PAMELA
I phoned RTT and was put through to PAMELA. She is an absolute GEM!!! She was so calm an helpful. I had a parcel that needed to reach my client before today and she made it happen.🙏. What a fantastic experience to have. These days good service providing is very low but PAMELA definitely OVERDELIVER!! In future I will make sure to speak to her, cause she is absolutely outstanding-friendly, helpful and professional. Exceptional employee🙏 Thank you for the fantastic service
