I had the pleasure of being assisted by Letters Novela, my parcel was returned due to address not being found
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Letters Novela, my parcel was returned due to address not being found. He was very helpful clam and walked me through the process of updating my address details. My address was successfully updated and assured me he won't make sure my parcel arrives in due time. I truly appreciate Letters assistance very professional and kept me updated till I received my parcel. I'm very much happy with Letters customer support.
