Dear Hello Peter,

I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention a serious matter concerning an incident involving your company, RTT, which occurred on the 12th of December 2023.

On the aforementioned date, an RTT truck collided with my vehicle from behind, resulting in substantial damage to the bumper, boot, lights, and rear window. The impact of the collision was significant, and as a result, a statement/case was opened at the Olifantsfontein SAPS police station to address the matter.

It is disheartening to note that despite the clear admission of fault by the driver representing RTT, we have encountered numerous challenges in seeking a resolution. Our attempts to engage with RTT and address the damages have been met with delays, unresponsiveness, and a series of runarounds, which is unacceptable given the severity of the situation.

We believe that it is imperative for RTT to take immediate and responsible action to rectify the damages caused and compensate for the inconvenience and disruption this incident has caused. We have made repeated attempts to communicate and resolve this matter amicably, but the lack of cooperation and positive response from RTT has been concerning.

As a result, we kindly request your urgent intervention in this matter to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to address the damages and provide a satisfactory resolution. We expect a prompt response and willingness to cooperate from RTT to avoid any further escalation of this issue.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and indicate a suitable timeframe within which we can expect a response and resolution to this matter.
