Driver is deluded
<p>On monday 10/07/2017 i recieved a phone call and sms to get my ID and proof of address ready for delivery of my cellphone upgrade to be delivered Tuesday 11/07/2017. </p> <p>I recieved absolutely nothing on tuesday i left it, as i assumed maybe Wednesday the delivery would be made.. still nothing, I called RTT mtn department thursday 13/07/2017 and was told the driver says i was not home total ******* as i was there all day. Again i am promised that i would recieve my package same day thursday 13/07/2017 between 2 and 5 again nothing so i called RTT again to again today 14/07/2017 to hear that i was not available to recieve my package again this is ******* as i was home.i then asked to review address and the details are correct. So these drivers are deliberately just not delivering your clients packages. This morning at after 10am i am promised the second trip drivers will deliver my package, i had to call again now at 3-30pm to see whats happening just to hear my packing is still on site. And in a hurry wil now do a after hours delivery at my home between 6 and 8pm. Now i ask you how this is acceptable?</p> <p>Please contact me as i would love to know what has been going on here, also if my package is not delivered today please note i will cancel my upgrade with mtn and you will need to explain to mtn why delivering the package was such an issue.</p>
