CourierIT / RTT – Unacceptable Service
I am extremely frustrated with CourierIT (RTT). My MTN phone was returned due to failed RICA verification, with a promise to reattempt delivery the next Monday — this never happened.
MTN arranged for manual delivery, but CourierIT never contacted me. The parcel has been sitting at their warehouse, and I cannot reach anyone by phone. I am paying for a phone I do not have.
This is unacceptable. No communication, missed commitments, and poor service.
