Bad Service

The most disgusting company to deal with. They promised me delivery yesterday, 13th July 2020 before 16:00, as arranged with Morne. Received a call from the driver, via Denise, who informed me that my parcels will be delivered by 14:00. At about 14:45 I phoned Morne once again & told him what has transpired. He said delivery will take place before 16:00, as arranged. 16:00 came & gone and its 09:25 on 14th July 2020, I am told by Denise that Phakamani will deliver my parcels within 20 minutes. Seeing is believing!!! Unfortunately I do not have control on the selection of the courier company as it is Truworths' choice!!! Truworths should review this company as they do not give a good service. Personally I will never use them!!!
