2 weeks with my parcel
2 Weeks with my parcel. No delivery Worst Company out there. They have been sitting with my delivery for over 2 weeks. Every single day I follow up about my delivery and get the same copy and paste message on their whatsapp:
"good Day. Please note that your parcel is out for delivery and today; delivery hours are between 08,00 to 17,00"

However, the issue is still not resolved. I need to clarify that the driver did not call me as claimed in the delivery notes. I have had my phone on me all day and there were no missed calls or messages from the driver.
An agent from your call centre did call me today, 12 May 2026, but unfortunately the parcel still has not been delivered. The tracking is still stuck on “out for delivery” with no update.
This is now the 7th day of repeated delays with no successful delivery or proper explanation. I urgently need to know the exact location of my parcel and a firm delivery date.
I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
