Well done and keep up the good work RTMC DLTC Waterfall

I renewed my license last year in December (still waiting for collection), but I received such fast, professional and friendly service. Especially from Monica, she greeted everyone when we entered the building and called us in on-for-one for our eye tests. She ran up and down helping people with their forms and questions. When I called now to enquire about collecting my license, she answered the phone immediately and assisted me. I am very impressed with Waterfall's efficient and friendly service. Keep it up!
