Waterfall licensing dept an absolute pleasure

Getting my driver's licence renewed was something to be dreaded and put off after hearing all the horror stories. But then a friend told me about the Waterfall licensing department. I was literally in and out to get my temporary in 20 minutes, the staff were so.polite, understanding and professional and it was literally a pleasure.
