RTMC DLTC Waterfall - GREAT SERVICE

What a well run operation! It was a pleasure renewing my driver license. Whoever in in charge of the operation needs to be promoted to run the JRA and will no doubt fix their appalling service delivery! Yesterday, dodging potholes whilst travelling from Honeydew to Fourways three of 15 traffic lights on the route were working. In fact he/she should be made the Minister of Transport!
