Thank you Mandla at DLTC Waterfall for excellent customer service. My application for Drivers Licence renewal could have turned into a nightmare when my new card could not be found at the DLTC Waterfall station on my arrival for collection. Mandla took on the problem without me having to resubmit my renewal application. He contacted the necessary department, got the card printed, kept me updated throughout the process and notified me when the card had been reprinted and was ready for collection.
