Extremely poor service delivery and no communication

I paid for my drivers licence on 10 July 2024, its now 6 November and i keep being told that my card is on order. Its almost 6 months its ridiculous that i have to wait so long and i am inconvenienced having to go to the license office every month to be told the same thing. My temp license will expire in January and i refuse to pay for another temp.

I app**** at the Waterfall branch, Gauteng.

I must further emphasize that its unacceptable that individuals whose drivers license renewals were done after July have already received their cards and mine is still ON ORDER. The staff at the Waterfall branch in Midrand,Gauteng are not being very helpful in expediting this matter and i feel this should be addressed.

Am i the only one or are there countless other individuals still waiting for the drivers license cards from the beginning of the year?
