Drivers License Renewal Process Perfect! Drivers Licence Card collection taken too long

I had a very good experience when I visited the office to renew my drivers license in November. But up to date I have not received my Drivers licence card or received an sms to come collect it. I renewed it beginning November 2021. I have even lost the receipt.

This has taken too long for me to get the derivers license card. The temporary licence expired in January 2022
