Drivers License Card is of extremely poor quality

Given the online reviews for the Waterfall Licensing Department, I was really looking forward to a good experience. However, on my initial visit I was met with slightly impatient & unfriendly staff and today I collected my card - it is EXTREMELY dark and difficult to see the detail clearly. Surely there is some kind of quality process? Anyway, if I'm stopped by the cops, I'm quite sure they're going to accuse me of it being **** etc. Not happy.
