Delayed vehicle disc

I am completely upset and appalled with their online system. I renewed my license disc online at the beginning of March, I have not received a confirmation email with at least a reference number that can help them and myself track my payment and when I should expect delivery!! To make matters worse is I work around Midrand, a few streets away from their offices. I have tirelessly sent emails and calls regarding my vehicle license disc with no resolution. For an offices that is rated high, I am disappointed. So much for online convenience.
