Zero care for their client's issues

Everything seems good until you need their support, the worst support service ever. Im currently on my third day without connection, ive called, sent emails and i tried their nonsense live chat on their website... Still no response. I dont think they give a dime about their client's frustration. I am now shopping for a new ISP. I cannot keep up with this kind of treatment . I never skip any payment but they can't even support me when the need arises. Ive spent more money buying extra data because of this. So disappointing
