Zainab help me altho...

Zainab help me although I made a payment on the 25th of 800, February and I got a mail today stating they gona suspend me service...I checked on my app seeing I owe them 865....my amount is 695 per month and I stopped the debit long ago...all my payments my wife made from her account and I start panicking because I know I paid them sending emails to accounts just being told they escalate the problem I got home buy airtime is angry,kids moan they need to do homework tv is not working and I start live chat or something Zainab help me as before that I chatted with a gentleman and he told me he can't help it not hulis division or something long story short Zainab came to my rescue....she deserve a higher position because the way she handled my situation was awesome...
