Your service sucks

I stopped my debit order for only one month and I eft for the month of January. I requested for the debit order to start going off again the 1st of Feb 2020, but it didn't go off. So they sent me a statement that I owe R1190 and I immediately did the Eft for the in arrears amount as requested. This morning 29 Feb 2020 the debit went off for the full amount. I communicated back and forth with a consultant and the communication was so bad. The consultant Samson helped me in December. And the consultant I dealt with this month was Faith. They take so long to respond to give you feedback. Their service sucks. So now I basically paid them twice.
