'**** you , you white **** we don't need to speak to you in the new south africa'

RSAWeb *******ly increased my debit order without my permission. For the last few days I have been trying to speak to someone about this without success. I have been verbally abused by tele-sales-agents (for example (and i quote) '**** you , you white **** we don't need to speak to you in the new south africa'.....)
