You make me wish I never signed up with you

If I could give you a negative star review I would. I signed up in Dec on a summer promo with 55% off. January promo was never app**** and billing has been messed up ever since. Dec 19 - R 362.33 Dec 20 - R 895 January - R 1275.67 February - R 2666.67

No consistency on a R895 package.

Advised I wanted to cancel in Feb due to the inconsistent billing & constant back and forth on the phones.

No credit app**** to the Jan invoice and each month the account kept doubling. Called the call center to get it resolved - was bounced from billing to accounts to retentions. And then a billing agent dropped the call

Horrible shameful ****ful service. I would NEVER recommend your service to ANYONE EVER!

Called trying to get my money back for the incorrect debits. These people are ******* and take no accountability for their ***** ups.

Its pathetic!
