you are not the best!

I had a pleasant surprise when I saw you guys had a special with the FTTH and I then continued to sign up. had small issues getting connected which was resolved quicksweep with the support team - thanks for that!

Its been about 2 months now with you and yesterday 15 September 2021, there is an issue with me not having internet connectivity since about 12noon up until now

I was on 3 calls with Ayanda and Daniela doing the same things over and over, reboot ONT, router, etc etc. Daniela sorted the issue out with me to get the line activate with the activate.rsaweb.co.za site with a keycode

my router cannot provide wifi, its on DHCP and everything worked fine before until yesterday. It keeps getting flagged with the engineers and nobody cant properly help me.

I need internet to work, if i cannot work then i dont get paid..how do you expect me to earn a living, pay for the internet (thats not working ai). I should have stayed with the other ISP that I never had issues with from day one but because you are rated the best, which you are not in my opinion, and I need to save money where possible. You large ISP's cant sort out a simple problem such as this one.
