Yet another poor service provider.

Still have a bad taste in my mouth from poor service from Mweb, and then these guys does the same. Very quickly to sign you up, and then the problems starts. Phoned today to follow up and get told by no less than two different departments that none of my info reflects on their system. Strangely the consultant that I spoke to last week, now also does not exist. On to the website chat I went to see if I could get the problem solved there, and I was then told that my order does indeed exist and I will receive a follow up email today, which of course did not happen. I then proceeded to send an email to cancel my order.
