Worst Wi-Fi providers

I have had the WORST service from RSAWEB. every single month there is an issue with my account. They are so disorganised and they have 0 customer care relations. They made a mistake with my account and had the audacity to say that I must pay them for THEIR errors on THEIR systems. I requested them to debit my account and received confirmation emails from them saying they will debit my account then they didn’t debit my account. They then send me emails on emails telling me they will suspend my account Asif it is once again MY FAULT. THE WORST WI-FI PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA!!!! Do not be fooled by their cheap rates!!!! It is cheap because their service is POOR! Extremely dissatisfied by my entire experience!
