Worst service RSA Web!!!!
WORST SERVICE ever!! Last night my wifi was SUSPENDED due to "non payment"?! Yet every debit order of R645 shows PAID. And an sms says pay R290? For whàt?? Been holding on using my expensive airtime, just to listen to repeat messages and NO human picking up. FRUSTRATING dealing with them. This is the 3rd time an incorrect "suspension" happened. NEVER an apology from their Accounts Dept.

Unfortunately, a technical error occurred through these recent upgrades, and as a result, a small number of customers were disconnected, in error, by our service automation.
