Worst service provider ever!

It seems to be a norm now to be double debitted every month. There is no way to chat to accounts department, yet social media (Twitter/Facebook support tells you to just contact the finance department). As for canceling your service, well well well, that's impossible as the website just hangs, and agents just ignore the chats.
