Worst service provider

Worst service I have ever received, absolutely infuriating. Would never recommend their service. Signed up for the black Friday deal on 12th November. They never bothered to check if service was available in the property I was moving into. They delivered the router which I could not use since the service had not been cancelled with Vumatel with the previous tenant. Vumatel has now cancelled the service and they still have not activated my service!!! Every agent I speak to gives me a different answer.
