Worst service in the country

Worst internet service provider in Africa they plain and simple just don't give a **** about anything and no one in the whole company ever knows what's going on. How the **** do they still manage to run a business this size. I got debited 6x the amount I'm supposed to pay now of course it's impossible to get hold of ANYONE! Biggest sharks out there and ZERO customer service. They just don't give a ****. Been fighting with these barsteds for over a month now, it's not normal. RSAWEB must **** off for good.
