Worst service from ISP

Worst service ever received from an ISP. In spite of numerous phone calls, emails and chat bot conversations over the 8 days that our internet has been down,we have cancelled our month to month contract (after almost 6 years) and now we have been in a loop again to get a termination of service date from them in order to enter into a new contract with a new ISP.
