Worst service ever

I was not informed that they would not debit my account in Jan 2022, then they double debit my account in Feb 2022. I I asked how to cancel my account with them 29 Jan 2022 and the said my month notice only begin 1 March 2022. Then I logged a fault on there fiber service the 22 December 2021 and they only get back to me the 7th of January 2022, and immediately close the ticket. Pathetic service I would not recommend it to any person. You better contact me ASAP.
