Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I am paying for a 1000/200 mbps line which runs off Octotel's infrastructure but since inception till this very day I didn't even get 10% of the line speed that I was suppose to get. As panful as it was I have literally called them everyday to resolve this issue and not one agent could resolve problem instead they all escalated the matter and to OCTOTEL.

This is pathetic you can probably get better service and response from the dead than RSAWEB
