Worst service ever

I request fiber on 02 July 25 but never received any updates unless I follow up with them. The 02 August after waiting for a month finally the open serve arrive to install then the agent said he is still wanting for a contract from them to signed before he can connect. After a week send them a message to cancel and process my full refund . Now I'm struggle after 11 days to get my refund. This is the worst service ever.
