Worst ISP in the country

I am really honest now. I have been with RSALose...WEB for almost a month now and by FAR the poorest isp you can get. I am really sour to have cancelled with webafrica as I have NEVER recieved throttling during peak times with a premium package. Don't fall for the free mini ups, etc as they will throttle you no matter what. I have ask them to please fix this and after multiple testing steps, it is not the line, but peak time throttling!!! Again, RSA Los...web will contact me: SIr, please plugin your laptop to the router.. to test. People. Dont fall for rsalose..they are the worst!!!!
