WORST ISP in South Africa.

I wish I could rate this 0 stars.

You always hear about people's bad experiences and think maybe yours will be different but not with RSAWEB. I have been customer since 2020 and its been almost so far until they decided to double charge me due to their system error. And when yiu try and reach out to support someone named Odwa will just say that its escalated snd never get back to you. I have submitted tickets and given bad reviews based of my experience and still no one has contacted so they clearly dont care about customer service once they have your money.

The worst ISP and would definitely not recommend them.
