Worst ISP in SA today

It's sad that I can't select anything below 1 star as that is to much praise for them. RSAweb is down in my area but no comms sent and the damn only support number***) is down so how do I find out what is going on- it could just be me for all I know but this is the 3rd time their service is so ***
