Worst ISP I have ever dealt with.

The positive reviews on Google appear highly questionable and do not reflect the reality of this company.

They took my money, failed to deliver a working service, and then effectively disappeared. Calls go unanswered. Emails are ignored. There is no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution. Despite never getting the service up and running, I was still billed.

On cancellation, they charged me more than was contractually due and then went completely silent. At this point, I have been forced to initiate a ***** dispute with my bank simply to recover the funds. Given the lack of service delivery, the overbilling, and the total absence of communication, this situation is borderline *****ulent.

The level of incompetence and disregard for customers is staggering. I have over 60 documented emails and more than 100 phone calls to support the issues I experienced, all without a meaningful response or outcome.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this ISP entirely. Choose literally any other provider. I am currently with MWEB and, while they are far from perfect, I would choose them over this company without hesitation.

An exhausting and completely unacceptable experience from start to finish.
