WORST ISP EVER!!!! DONT TAKE CONTRACTS WITH THEM!!!!!
Activation Date - 02/07/2022 Current Date - 14/07/2022
I HAVE ONLY BEEN CONNECTED TO MY FIBRE LINE FOR 10 ****ing minutes from the time of activation to today!!!!!! NUMEROUS tickets logged, little to no feedback given, same trouble shooting requests from RSAWEB
I’ve made countless request to cancel the line and you get ignored. It’s pathetic.

17 Jul 2022, 01:13UPDATE - emails continue to be ignored, cancellation instruction continues to be ignored, I HAVE logged a complaint with ISPA to get this issue resolved. Hopefully then I’ll actually be able to get an answer.
