Worst ISP ever

After being messed around by this company, trying to have a fibre and then an LTE package set up, I cancelled everything with them and purchased a package with a competitor.

I still received the LTE modem from RSAWeb, sent it back, and was still charged for the package.

****ing incompetence at its worst. Never use them.
