Worst ISP - Don't bother

Possibly one of the worst ISP's. Completely messed up my billing, literally double billed for multiple lines, incorrectly billed, incorrectly credited, gave notice and cancelled and yet still billed and debited. Guys this is possible the worst of the lot, not sure how they win awards, as they have mostly negative reviews. Literally the accounts department have no clue what they are doing.
