Worst ISP

My journey started with RSAWEB on the 1st of June 2025. I had just cancelled from my previous ISP because they were just too pricey. I had no problem with my previous ISP's speeds but I just coulnt afford it anymore. From day 1, ive had non stop issues from RSAWEB. On the very first day i connected with them, my upload speed was under 2mbs. Now guess what, im paid for 100mbs line. My download wasnt too bad but still...from day 1! I only ordered the sim from them as i had 2 mtn compatible routers at home already. I phoned in and configured the line and added the APN accordingly. The consultant even did it themselves at one point via anydesk. first week, problmes, 2nd week problems, third week problems, the whole month i had problems with my speeds. At one point my upload was about 14mbs and my download was under 1mbs. I was back and forth with their IT team. At one point (second week) i was told about my FUP. My FUP with this package is 400GIG. and this guy was telling me i reached my FUP. I am not syupid! I monitor my usage and how can you tell me about my FUP in the second week when i have barely used the internet. I lost work, i was offline most of the time when i was supposed to work. I need a certain speed for my work platforms as im an online teacher. I told them this. My query was escalated probably 10 times or more! Then i was told its tower dependant. but get this, my previous ISP was the same network (MTN) and i used the same router but i never ever had speed problems and yet i was paying more yes, but for a lower speed! Your consultants must think we are stupid. I put in my cancellation. I stopped using RSAWEB on the ladt day of the month. I immediately switched to another ISP from 1 July. Now you guys are threatening me for payment. I HAVE NOT USED YOUR USELESS INTERNET SINCE JULY. I lost work. I dont get paid when i dont work. Are you going to reimburse me for not being able to work? For being offline? for such terribly low speeds?????? Stop sending me messages and emails wanting payment for an internet im not using. UNLESS YOU REIMBURSE ME for the work I lost, LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE. People, do not join RSAWEB! Its a horrible Internet provider and they think they can just give you an random answer to get you off their backs when you complain about speeds!
